After Vibe had shut their doors they then had private funding from 'InterMedia Partners, LP' who has purchased Vibe magazine. Then once again Vibe was being brought by another company, during 2013 Vibe magazine, Vibe.com and VibeVixen.com had all be sold to Spin Media.
